- Analyze the conventional product yield problem & determine the cause of the problem ad formulate effective improvement Measures, organize daily Yield Monitoring Meeting and review the status of Yield & Improvement plan

- Lead the design/Optimization of a core process, analyze the process node data judge anomalies according to the data systematically consider the connection with other process and the operability of process system, Propose process optimization scheme and implement & standardize
- Identify Specification to Optimize Analyze the data systematically verify Risk for Product, other process Perform Trail & Reliability test & Evaluate result EC Change Implement & standardize
- Organize project team to develop and implement general project solution across process, track & evaluate project implementation progress regularly and take corrective actions & emergency measures timely to ensure the completion of the project plan
- EX: PFMEA, CP, SPC Improvement, Process Improvement, Abnormal Quality issues handling
- Responsible for improving Customer complain issue which caused by production process, by using problem solving methodology (8D method)
- Periodically Review of the Documents like PFMEA, CP, Process Card, Work Instructions & Updated according to the Actual process situation
- Perform the Internal Process Audit with Control plan & Product plan to ensure all the process were performing as per standards & Product quality were as per Customer requirements & product Drawings
