- Verify the product design and provide technical details of that particular product, including 2D and 3D drawings by software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Solving all problems during the injection and assembly of products.
- Development of jigs and fixtures for easy assembly work.
- Process follow-up for new moulds and old moulds with vendors.
- Planning for maintenance of mould in the house.
- Giving guidance to vendors while sending moulds for maintenance, which required very good hand skills.
- Ultrasonic fixed data as per product size.
- Handling of ultrasonic and assembly departments, and related QC.
- Mould breakdown analysis.
- Ensuring products and part design construction compliance with EN-71, EN-1400, EN-12586, and EN-14350.
