Currently I am working as a Senior QA Lead and leading the team from multiple projects and doing individual contribution and working as a scrum master as a bridge for a communication between client and our both developers and testing teams to explain the business requirements, grooming user stories, conducting scrum meeting and retrospective meeting at the end of the each sprint and finally to deliver the best quality product to the clients as per their business requirements.
Having 13+ yrs experience in testing technologies with experience in different domains and projects.
Provided my suggestions and recommendations at the business requirements meetings.
Analysing the business requirements and diving into user stories and grooming the user stories to the development teams and testing teams for better understanding and interacting with clients users for the internal development and testing clarification on the requirements to start the sprint.
Conducting the scrum meeting for day to day activities and deliverables of the assigned task and finding out the bottle necks if any in the middle of the process.
Providing my individual contribution for the teams in terms of testing the application in high level and critical business scenarios to meet the business requirements criteria.
Experience in testing the Web application, Android and iOS mobile apps and doing Database testing to verify and validate both front end and back end.
Having experience in ETl process some time ago with the previous projects. Worked in Salesforce application testing etc…
