- Maintain user access controls, authentication policies, and security hardening across servers and virtualization platforms.
- Document incidents, resolutions, configuration updates, and maintain accurate asset/CMDB entries for infrastructure components.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support projects, optimize infrastructure capacity, and enhance system reliability.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution with clear communication to stakeholders.
