I have worked extensively on onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and talent acquisition using HR tools like GreytHR, Jibble, HR.my, and ATS platforms. I completed my MBA in HR & Finance and have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

I am passionate about learning new HR technologies and contributing to organizational growth through effective HR management.

I have over 4 years of experience in Human Resources, worked with Redient Security as Deputy Manager – HR. My experience includes recruitment, onboarding, attendance and payroll management, employee engagement, compliance handling, and HR operations. I have also worked on HRMS tools like GreytHR, Jibble, HR.my, and ATS platforms to streamline HR processes and workforce management.

I have completed MBA in HR & Finance from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. I also hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Maharishi University of Information Technology and a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. My educational background has helped me develop both technical and management skills.
