• Rolled out resumable direct-to-S3 uploads for multi-gigabyte survey videos, with background progress heartbeats persisted to the database so uploads survive tab navigation and resume cleanly after failure.
• Built a cloud-parity regression testing harness reproducing the entire pipeline locally on Docker Compose and PostgreSQL, giving the team repeatable end-to-end regression runs and per-stage HTML reports without cloud infrastructure spend.
• Engineered the preprocessing service to parse GPX and raw NMEA sensor logs, attach latitude, longitude, and chainage to frames sampled at 0.5 fps, and assign continuous stretch-level frame numbering across multi-clip surveys.
• Delivered the QA review module end to end: RESTful Django APIs for defect status transitions and filtered map queries, plus a React review workspace with street view, keyboard-driven review actions, and bounding-box flagging of missed defects; client deliverables packaged as cached S3 archives served through presigned URLs.
• Stood up a multi-tenant SaaS backend using Django REST Framework with an isolated PostgreSQL database per tenant, enabling complete data separation, independent backups, and flexible tenant onboarding.
• Established custom middleware and a database router using thread-local storage to automatically resolve and route requests to the correct tenant database via HTTP header (X-Tenant-ID) or subdomain.
