Short listing the resumes based on the desired skills ,experience and job requirement.
. Utilizing job portals to source potential candidates and build pipeline of qualified talent.
Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidates experience and qualifications.
Experience in Background Verification [BGV] and Salary negotiating with the selected candidates.
Preparing offer email, offer letter and job descriptions.

Training & Development :
Coordinating with the management regarding the Training schedule.
Coordinated in Scheduling the Training Program & collecting the Feedback.
Designed, Implementation and coordination of the "Performance Appraisal System"
3.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, experience letter, appointment letter, relieving letter.
4.
Celebrations - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events
Coordinating and giving ideas for Fun Fridays.
