I am Srinivas Rao, 43 years old from Vishakapatnam, graduate and have 12 years of work experience in IT-enabled Services / International BPO/Call centers providing support & services to clients and customers globally over the phone and email.

Note: I suffered from a paralysis stroke about 13 years ago, affecting my left hand and leg. I have continued to work in the BPO industry and managed well multi-tasking with my right hand without any compromises despite being paralyzed. My roles in each company are explained in my resume.
