• Guide and Drive team of engineers working on application and drawing office activities for various JC products-Mechanical seal, support systems and power transmission couplings.

• Management of all Project related activities both seal & systems for global business units and make sure the technical fulfillment and projects are met the timeline. 
• Mechanical Seals, Material & API piping plan selection for high end and critical Applications.
• Manage and coordinate all duties associated with Engineering drawings and bills of materials; such as creation, structure, verification, revision & distribution.

• Check/perform design calculations for Mechanical seals & API piping plans.

• Analyze the performance data and the physical condition of the existing/returned parts to identify operational issues and provide design solutions to overcome these issues. 

• Collaborate with global teams in their initiatives of developing suppliers and support global team with engineering documents.
• Customer site visits to attend the Seal Commissioning, Testing & Failure.
• Liaise with sales, supply chain and Manufacturing department to meet the deadlines.
• Ability to work with people at various levels from shop floor to senior management.
