Communications in an effective and timely manner. Handle all internal & external escalated communications and monitor communications of cross-functional teams. Update buyer with new fabric innovations, factories upgraded capabilities and work on buyer specific projects. Ensure clear and effective mail communication with buyers and internal departments. Handle independent buyer account/accounts from Sampling to Shipment. Prepare and adhere to buyer TNA along with factory TNA. Delegate responsibilities to the team and monitor their activities and conduct periodic meetings. Close follow up with PD merchant regarding customer required samples from Proto type to Pre-production samples and all other samples until shipment. Ensure teams performance for timely dispatch and approvals of Proto/Fit/Concept/Collection/PPS & submissions of TOP/Shipment samples. Monitor ordering of bulk fabric & Trims based on buyer final Tech Pack and approved Sample and comments. Analysing bulk marker vs costing marker and align fabric booking accuracy. Cross check the fabric approval cuttings given to fabric department
