Hello! I'm Stefi, and my path into therapy began with an interest in helping people navigate the complexities life often presents. I've always been fascinated by the human experience—especially how our past shapes our present and influences our beliefs and behaviours.
After earning my M.Sc in Counselling Psychology, I gained valuable clinical experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem and identity concerns, life transitions, emotional regulation, grief, and relationship dynamics. I recognise that everyone’s story is different, and I adapt my approach to meet each person’s specific values and goals.
My therapeutic style is integrative, blending mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. This approach allows me to help clients with their immediate challenges while also exploring deeper patterns that may be affecting their well-being. While we’ll work on resolving immediate concerns, therapy is also about building lasting skills to support long-term emotional and mental well-being. I aim to equip my clients with the tools they need to navigate challenges that may arise even after therapy.
I’m committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches to ensure I provide the best care possible. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
