Key Responsibilities for US Residential Appraisal:

• To create Appraisal document.
• Residential Property Valuation
• Handling Various types of major and minor forms in appraisals i.e Single Family (1004), Condominium (1073), 1007Rentals&216 forms.
• Upload the Appraisal document. And Download the Photos & sketches from client portal.

Associate (Origination - US Mortgage) - VISIONET SYSTEMS

Key Responsibilities for Loan Origination:

• Document stacking from source Package. And extract the important or required data's from the indexing document (1003,1008, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, 1004,Note)
• Need to upload the main document (Title Commitment, Closing Disclosure, Closing Protection Letter, Wire Instruction)
• On daily basis need to create the checklist for client purpose.
• Delivering the report through the client E-mail website

CDD analyst (KYC process - HSBC) - TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities for KYC

• Handling exceptions and queries internally and from the client, and Checking the KYC documents verifying from Checker / Makers.
• For Each and every CINs we are creating the AAR sheet to analyse the customer transactions.
