Scope:
Well Tie-in (WTI) Conceptual and Detailed Engineering (offshore facilities) project for BRUNEI SHELL assets.
Role:
- Preparation of PFS, UFS, PEFS, UEFS, PSFS & USFS for Wells, Gas-lift header, Manifold header, Relief header, IG skid, Separator, CI Skid and other facilities using AutoCAD.
- P&ID verification and finalization
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
Ampa, Ferley Baram, Darat and Rasau Project, (Various Platforms) Offshore
Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP)
Role:
- Preparation of Hazardous area classification diagrams using AutoCAD with the (SOR) Source of relief table.
- Preparation of classification of hazardous area diagrams are in accordance with DEP Standards.
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
TG 27/28/29 Sump Pump Upgrade Project, Onshore
Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn. Bhd.
Scope: Upgrade the existing fixed speed drive to variable speed drive for SETG 28 transfer pumps. And installing a new control valves on the main crude transfer line and on the individual crude transfer pump recycle line.
Role:
- Preparation of project customization.
- Preparation of Symbols, tags & customization.
- Preparation of P&ID by AVEVA P&ID for TG 27/28/29 Sump Pump.
- Involved in extraction of Isometrics.
- Involved in preparation of Support Drawings
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
LASER SCANNING AND 3D MODELLING
HPCL, MUMBAI, Onshore
Scope:
As-built Project with various units such as FRPS, DIU, TANK FARM and OFF SITE. Task is to generate
P&ID using AVEVA P&ID.
Role:
- Creation & Customization of the Project such as (Installation of Template, Creation of symbols, line numbering, Text sizes, list of values, etc. also including the value editing work when after generation of report through synchronizing & consolidation. All other administration activities under AVEVA P&ID.
- Preparation of P&ID
- Extraction of line list, Equipment List, Instrument list & isometrics
- P&ID verification and finalization
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
WATER AND AIR SYSTEM P&ID PREPARATION
DANIELI INDIA. (DEPUTATION)
Scope:
Project with various Steel Plant for such as Yukun, Bsrm, Lsm Cognor, Arequipa, Format. Task is generate AutoCAD .
Role:
- Steel plant for water and air system P&ID preparation for based on Fluid consumption table, Automation document list, hydraulic equipment data over all plant layout and M1000 layout Job safety document. Onecad for using in equipment details and orientation checking.
- P&ID verification and finalization
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
LASER SCANNING AND 3D MODELLING
HPCL, VIZAG, Onshore
Scope:
As-built Project with various units such as PRU, MEROX, FCCU-2, CDU-2. Task is to generate P&ID using AVEVA P&ID.
Role:
- Project Quardination and Creation & Customization of the Project such as (Installation of Template, Creation of symbols, line numbering, Text sizes, list of values, etc. also including the value editing work when after generation of report through synchronizing & consolidation. All other administration activities under AVEVA P&ID.
- Extraction of line list, Equipment List, Instrument list & isometrics
- P&ID verification and finalization
- Inter discipline drawing checking.
