- Performed comprehensive single-cell RNA-seq analysis using Seurat: unsupervised clustering, pseudotime trajectory inference, and differentially expressed gene (DEG) identification across tumor microenvironment cell populations.
- Identified key molecular drivers of epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and characterized SH3PXD2B as a novel regulator of breast cancer lung colonization.
