DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting periodic inspection & maintenance of EX equipment using in zone classified areas as per check list

Involved in Preventive maintenance of 6No’s of 37.5MW GE Gas Turbines and 4 No’s of 40 MW Siemens Steam Turbines, Auxiliaries and control systems (power generation unit)

Performing preventive maintenance of HV &LV Transformers (up-to 40 MVA), Motors (up-to 11 kV), Variable Frequency Drives and Switchgears (up-to 11 kV)

Executing preventive maintenance of Ac and DC ups systems, battery discharge test, plant lighting and power sockets pm

Performing Themo graphic test for Bus bar joints with Themo graphic camera

Testing and Commissioning of Motors and Switchgears.

Testing and Commissioning of AC and DC UPS, Battery Bank Discharge Tests

Managing IMCS & DCS based system control and service; ensuring job hazard analysis for electrical jobs

Managing temporary light and sockets arrangement for emergency jobs

Contributing in earthing inspection and loop impedance test

Playing a key role in diagnosis and rectification of electrical faults on electrical equipment on site or on workshop; comprising various types of motors, electrical control systems and communication systems

Respond to emergency callouts to correct fault equipment’s and reporting to superiors.

Maintenance and troubleshooting of Electrical HEAT TRACING

Preventive and predictive and Breakdown maintenance of Electrical Lube oil Heaters, seal gas heaters.

B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering.

Diploma in electrical and electronics engineering.
