3.GI Network Design: Prepared network layouts for ½”, ¾”, and 1” GI risers and laterals for individual homes, row houses, and multi-storey apartments (G+1 to G+8).
4.Looping & Interconnection Planning: Developed robust interconnection and looping strategies for DRS systems to enhance reliability and maintain pressure integrity.
5.Installation & Commissioning Oversight: Supervised end-to-end laying, testing, and commissioning of DRS, DCU, service regulators, MDPE, and GI pipelines.
6.Procurement & Documentation: Created detailed BOM/BOQ, conducted Technical Bid Analysis (TBA), and managed PR and PO issuance for PE-PNG works.
7.HSE Compliance: Reviewed and enforced HSE standards through documents such as TBTs, HIRA, Risk Registers, and Work Permits (Cold/Hot) across project sites.
8.Welding Supervision: Monitored electrofusion and other welding activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
9.Material Quality Assurance: Conducted audits per ISO, BSEN, and ASME standards to verify material quality and compliance.
10.Project Material Planning: Strategically planned material procurement and utilization to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
11.Contractor Billing & SAP Reconciliation: Processed contractor bills and reconciled material usage using SAP systems.
12.Contract Closure: Finalized and closed contracts post-project completion with full compliance checks and documentation.
