First Service: Email Ally (Business Email Solution) - Packaged a cost-efficient alternative to Google Workspace into a recurring service. Created pitch decks, scripts, and follow-up systems; individually run end-to-end sales and delivery. Build full funnel from scratch: lead sourcing (Google Maps), cold outreach (50/day), cold-calls (20 booked), and closures into paying clients.
Second Service: Asset Tracking (QR) – Client Projects - Designed and deployed QR-based tracking for 1,200 catalogue assets using Itemit. Delivered under constraints (₹50,000 vs ₹1,00,000 initial quote). Identified long-term cost issues → pivoted to exploring custom-built solutions for future deals.
