- Execute the job as per plan and specification with utmost safety standard
- Creating, PR, Notification, Billing and other basic activities through SAP
- Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for the activity to be carried out
- Providing Work Permit and TBT related to Job to be carried out
- Preplanning and time management through work schedule
- Monitoring all the activities of Painting, Epoxy, carpentry, plumbing, roof sheeting, letter writing water proofing, and other miscellaneous jobs
- Coordinating with drawing consultant and Stakeholders of Project for smooth execution of work
- Handling multiple projects and Maintenance jobs simultaneously
- Preparing BOQ
- Checking daily JMR of civil related work & maintaining Daily progress report of site

- Planning, Execution, monitoring, estimation and Budgeting of civil structures
- Successfully Supported Regulatory and customer audits – USFDA, PMDA – JAPAN, CHINA AUDIT, TGA-Australia, MEENA RANI, US audits, and customer audits by readiness, documentation, and compliance with GMP Standards – (Building & Facility Civil Maintenance)
- Maintaining accurate records of Building maintenance checklist, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and other relevant regulatory standards
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs, potentially involving aspects of budget planning and resource allocation
- Preparing of BOQ as per the defined project
- Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress for my area of execution
- Preparing cost estimates for various construction activities and materials
- Monitoring of building systems, Painting, epoxy, plumbing, roof sheeting work, water proofing, Carpentry work, RCC slab work, footing work, Foundation work, Pilling work, GA drawings, Daily site report, JMR checking and civil infrastructure
- Creating, PR, Billing and other basic activities through SAP
- Preparation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for the activity to be carried out
- Providing Work Permit and TBT related to Job to be carried out
- Preplanning and time management through work schedule

- Handling multiple CAPEX projects and Maintenance jobs simultaneously
- Checking daily JMR of civil related work & writing DPR of site
- Checking of contractor's Bills and managing the billing process for subcontractors, ensuring they are paid accurately and on time
- Managing small to medium-sized maintenance projects
- Working with other departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects
- Ensuring all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe manner, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations
