Lead — Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) at WWF-INDIA (2023-07 – Present)
Provide strategic leadership to strengthen program performance, transforming raw, qualitative field data into structured, auditable tracking frameworks for institutional and corporate stakeholders.
- M&E Framework Architecture: Design and deploy comprehensive field-level M&E systems and standardized metrics to transition traditional narrative data into clear, data-heavy KPI dashboards for executive review.
- Data Integrity & Audit Readiness: Establish rigid field validation and monitoring protocols across multiple project sites, securing absolute transparency and eliminating capital leakage to ensure quality data for statutory corporate audits.
- Performance Oversight: Generate data-driven structural insights that inform high-level management decisions, minimize operational bottlenecks, and guarantee that field execution tracks tightly with organizational milestones.
Senior Coordinator — Energy Access & Communities at WWF-INDIA (2016-02 – 2023-08)
Held complete strategic, fiscal, and operational accountability for WWF-India's renewable energy access and climate resilience portfolio across the Sundarbans and other priority landscapes, directing multiple donor-funded and co-funded projects delivered through CSO and community-based partners.
- Portfolio Capital Anchoring: Directed the deployment of a ₹30 Million (INR) solar mini-grid initiative (Project Sahasra Jyoti), electrifying 1,000 forest-fringe households across two unelectrified Sundarbans islands by 2020; structured co-funding partnerships with global corporate entities including Bank of America and Schneider Electric India Foundation.
- Portfolio Lifecycle Governance & Financial Stewardship: Exercised financial oversight over large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams, executing strict milestone-based expense matching and tranche-based fund disbursements, utilizing LogFrame matrices and Theories of Change to consistently honor complex donor commitments and timelines.
- Asset Transparency & Scale-Up: Extended clean energy infrastructure to a 500-household coastal village government water-supply system in Odisha, fully solar-PV powered by 2023, maintaining 100% project-dedicated asset transparency over corporate funding tranches to prevent ground-level leakage.
- Public-Private Diplomacy: Formed localized community-owned governance groups and aligned them with state government bodies, NGO networks, and elite international corporate banking stakeholders; contributed to climate change and energy access policy engagement.
