Sourcing of Corporate action announcements, market news and company news via various websites for SSBH, SSJO, SSQA, SSAE and SSOM markets and reporting to onshore teams.
Preparing Dashboard report and sending it to country team to keep a track of short deadline dated events.
Processing and authorizing of corporate action events as per incoming MT564 and MT568 swift messages for mandatory, voluntary and mandatory with choice events.
Clearing dashboard events of all Domestic markets and checking if any outstanding events to be paid and reporting to country team.
Performing Notification reconciliation and record date reconciliation for DIFC,SSBH,SSJO,SSQA,SSAE and SSOM markets and to ensure eligibility is loaded as of record date and notification is released to the client.
Processing and Authorizing of client instructions on timely basis received via Emails, SC star application and S2B.
Clearing stock and cash reconciliation breaks on TLM.
Sending all EOD reports to country team and onshore teams for DIFC, SSBH, SSJO, SSQA, SSAE and SSOM markets.
Reporting KPI scores to onshore teams in the month end.
Handling escalations and ensuring daily BAU is performed on time by team.
Maintain volume tracker of entire team.
Consolidating all the reports and reporting to audit team as per their requirement.
