Dynamic and results-driven role responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property management services, generating leads, and converting them into customers.

• Make outbound calls to property owners, tenants, and prospects
• Explain the company's property management services clearly and effectively
• Generate and qualify leads for field sales or property management teams
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with field executives and property managers for site visits
• Update CRM systems with call details and lead status
