• Act as face of organization regarding all Control-M Activities for the current client
• Creating and updating of control-M Distributed jobs as per requirement.
• Rescue Migrations from Development to Production.Set up the calendars on Control-M for the new batch schedules
• Upgrade activities of Control-M on Multiple Application(s)
• Responsible for maintaining and upgrading various Control-M Agents on Unix and Windows Servers providing support to the applications.
• Created and modified scripts in server for the Control M jobs.
• Exporting and importing ControlM Jobs from local system in form of xlm.
• Start and Stop of Control-M and Database servers
• Job Scheduling /updating the new/existing jobs through BMC Control-M/Desktop.
• Handling server migrations on Control-M.
• Defining/Creating New Calendars.
• Review logs or documents to resolve abend error codes. Worked with the application teams to fix the errors.
• Opening, closing and updating clarify tickets.
• Responsible for team activity such as any issue, conference and severity level of ticket Sev1, Sev2, and Sev3.
• Research Batch job failures.
• Performing temporary, Urgent or Emergency schedule changes understanding all other potential job implications
