Supported the post-acquisition integration efforts for the India team.
- Conducted a Training Needs Assessment exercise for the India (AP) team.
- Delivered extensive training programs for AP PSG focusing on Optimizing Existing Onboarding/Advanced Training for RMA, Relativity Training for RMA, Supporting Onboarding and Advanced Training Development for newer services, Search Consulting, Best Instancing, Managed Review Reporting, and Communication focused training for the eDisco/CS team.

- Worked with external vendors like NetCom and Microsoft to run technical training programs.

Sr Project Manager at H5 Asia Pacific (2021-06 – 2023-12)
Post return from the US this was a stopgap, while continuing to look for roles outside RMA. The duties in this role largely reverted to Project Management and RMA Training focus as client facing opportunities were not available from Mumbai during this time.
Consultant at H5 Inc (2017-04 – 2021-06)
Offered a long-term, Project Consultant role in the San Francisco office.
- Provided frontline leadership on all aspects of H5 engagements – Client Management, Scoping, Expectations Alignment, Delivery Management, Managing Offshore Teams at India etc.
- Led several projects that used Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence to gain efficiency and improve the accuracy of the H5 process.
- Worked on DART and Relativity and with multiple external vendors to manage data flow and deliveries.
- Led the effort in delivering scenario-based Consulting Skills Training focusing on aspects like Productivity Maximization, Quality Control and Client Management.
- Learned and implemented several Data Reduction techniques.
- Worked on several H5 Key Document Identification projects allowing quick detection of key documents hidden in large datasets, helping clients/litigation teams make strategic decisions sooner and develop fact narratives faster.

Started at the base level – Analyst I in 2007 and grew through various roles: Analyst II, III, Lead Analyst and Associate Manager to reach Project Manager.
- Provided leadership for the inception and evolution of RMA Best Practices, Expectation Management and Integration matrix between US-India teams.
- Consistent involvement in recruitment for positions ranging from Senior Manager to Analyst. Key responsibilities included creating assessment materials for candidates, conducting interviews and participation in the selection process.
- Sustained involvement in AP wide training efforts like Onboarding, Service Excellence, Client Management.
- Functionally managed 10 individuals directly and supported the growth and development of a larger 20+ member team through thought leadership, training optimization and strategic inputs on workflow management etc.
- Led more than 25 projects with an average value of $500,000, totaling a revenue of 12.5 million plus (Staff size 2 to 6). Last engagement had a revenue figure well above two million and a document population of 15 million plus.
- Successfully completed two short term immersion assignments at the San Francisco office, bringing back knowledge on new tasks and best practices.
