Order Management - Planning and execution of sales order to achieve 100% DIFOT. Daily sales planning and scheduling shipment based on the clearance from sales. • Developed replenishment model for RM and FG buffer stock by analyzing fast-moving SKU based on the previous month's consumption patterns and lead time for RM ordering and FG production.
• Developed the single MIS report replicating overall organization inventory (RM+FG) across all plants along with data of ageing inventory.
• Created inventory Inflow/Outflow dashboard to analyze the overall and plant wise RM inflow & FG outflow to ensure stock is within the safety level of plants.
• Played a key role in automation of Order Status Report thereby reducing manual work and obtaining precise data.
• Reduced FIFO issue from 790 MT to 250 MT of four manufacturing plants.
• Reduced leftover inventory from 280 to 120 MT.
