I have a total experience of 8 years. I started working in 2014 with HC Technologies and have worked with customers like BT PLC, UK and Anthem INC. My prime responsibility there was Functional Training and Development.
I worked there for 2.5 years and in 2017, I joined Barclays where I was given a role of Quality Assurance Analyst. After spending 2.5 years in Barclays, I moved back to HCL in with their Software Division in 2019. My role was of a Senior Executive - Sales Operations.
I have been working with HCL now for close to 3 years and my duties include working as an Admin of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Providing regular regular training around the functionalities and enhancements in CRM, preparing various Management and Performance reports and dashboards, and taking care of enablement tools like the Allego.
My last formal education was my 3 year degree course (Bachelor of Commerce) that i completed in 2014. I have been pursuing various certifications recently and have completed 3 Microsoft certifications with 2 more in the process of completion.
