I am looking for a job as a call auditor in Customer Support domains. I have an overall experience of 4yrs and 5 months as and customer support executive and quality analyst. I have worked with concentrix and altruist technologies as Customer support executive and quality analyst for 3 yes and 1yr 5 months respectively.
My current position was quality analyst at altruist technologies where got promoted from a customer support executive. I have an experience of 1 yr and 3 months as a QA and prior to that I have worked as a customer support executive for altruist technologies and concentrix for 3 yrs
I am a graduate and I have a bachelor's degree in computer applications. I graduated in the year 2014 from West Bengal University of technology with 7.8 DGPA
