Talking about my experience, I have a total of 9 years experience in ems.

Currently, I am working with Padget Electronics pvt ltd as a Engineer Here, I have been managing process Quality Control for the last 3 years.

and My previous company was senseteck pvt ltd & I was working as a Senior Engineerand My previous Knowledge of New line setup and conducting the line audit during NPI & MP.

Lead Engineer – Process Quality Control (GOOGLE PIXEL) at Padget Electronics Pvt Ltd (2023-07 – Present)

• As a Lead Engineer, I am leading AK3, TG4, STA5 & CFN4 model - Process Quality Control.
• Responsible for Process Quality improvement and manufacturing Quality Assurance.
• Responsible for monthly CIP & KAIZEN activity on shop floor.
• Responsible for making the PFMEA & Control Plan as per customer requirement & update after each phase.
• Responsible for NPI Engineering (EVT, DVT, PVT & MP) pilot run - Equipment, Jig-Fixture, Process-readiness
• Responsible for ESD & Environmental & 4M readiness on shop floor.
• Responsible for Audit and ensure the line run according to the 4M1E audit.
• Daily review with factory Cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, FQA, JQE & FA) to ensure smooth run and Achieving Daily Production Plan.
• Responsible for monthly KPI Reports.
• Responsible for IPQC (DL & IDL) training.
• Handle all types of audits like Customer audit (CVC & Google), internal audit.
• Expertise in New Line Qualification Documentation and implementation by understanding customer requirements clearly, and take action and follow up to complete within Time.

Sr. Engineer (Process Quality Assurance) at Sensetek Optical India Pvt. Ltd. (2022-04 – 2023-07)

• Understand process develop SOP and control plan, successfully implement in process.
• Manage trial production completely, verify jig, fixture, process with SOP and BOM, setup calibration of testers & verify with master samples, Achieve targeted PPM to follow-up issues with production and repair analysis.
