- Familiarity with the quality control, quality assurance and inprocess quality system
- Monitor and ensuring the components by using PRODUCT AUDIT, PROCESS AUDIT AND LAYOUT INSPECTION in weekly basis and daily basis
- Line auditing by using dial gauge, vernier, micrometer, air gauge, variable and attribute gauges
- Operating CMM, VMM, CONTOUR, ROUGHNESS TESTER AND VICKERS HARDNESS measuring machines
- Ensuring the finished components are include as per drawing specifications with in customer tolerance zone
- Conduct the line visit for ensuring operator PPE, SOP and 5S activities
