Create plans and strategies for collecting debts.
Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone and visit to negotiate and implement debt recovery plans.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt.
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
Take actions to reposition vehicle from borrower.
Update account status records and collection efforts.
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Legislative guidelines of the Privacy Act must be followed.
Officer-DMS, NPA Debt Management Services
Location: Durgapur, Purba Bardhhaman
Achieve Collections set target (Controls the flow rate across buckets) of the assigned locations.
Set up the productivity parameter to agencies team.
Agency Review on daily basis.
Customer visit to resolve the issue.
Initiate repossession and other legal proceedings if debt recovery plans fail.
Ensure to have deposition on the portfolio.
Identifying and hiring a collection agency.
Capacity Planning and training of the agency team regularly.
Ensuring the collections compliance and code of conduct is followed.
Exceed recovery targets every month.
