Worked with specialized cardiovascular equipment and assisted in various cardiac procedures and critical care management.

• Tested patient cardiac activity with specialized equipment to conduct tests and performed different procedure such as 2D Doppler Echocardiography and electrocardiogram.
• Inspected, maintained and adjustment cardiology equipment, Cath Lab hardwares, Different Catheters, different wires, injector, set up, different instrument in CTVS OT to maintain optimal functionally and diagnostic usefulness.
• Monitoring of patient data from multimodal bedside monitor, maintain, troubleshooting. Monitoring of patient during Cath Lab Procedure, CTVS OT Procedure, setting of mode of alarm, maintained and troubleshooting.
• Documented vascular data such as edema, oxygen saturation and blood pressure to contribute to accurate diagnoses.
• Operated diagnostic imaging equipment to complete contrast-enhanced heart and cardiovascular systems radiographs.
• Helped physicians complete cardiac issues and peripheral vascular concerns by assisting with procedures such as pacemaker insertions and coronary angiography, peripheral angiography, renal angiography etc. Ballon angioplasty, ROTA, IVUS, IVL, Valvuloplasty, Different congenital diseases like PDA, ASD, VSD Closure, TAVI. Septal Abbolation, PPI, AICD, CRT-P, CRT-D. and others also.
• Employed specialized procedural knowledge and equipment to test and document patient cardiac activity.
• Performance of ECG. Tracked findings of procedures such as EKGs using manual and automated recording devices and their findings.
• Manage the different ctritical condition in CCU. Assist to central line and airway intubation. Perform the venous and arterial both blood sampling and perform the blood gas and electrolyte analyze with the help of blood gas analyzer machine
• Setting of transducer device system of hemodynamic multichannel monitoring. Perform the zeroing of ABP and CVP line.
• Daily check the the intubation set, AMBU, resuscitation kit. Others necessary equipment, operation and troubleshooting all the machine like defibrillator, warmer, monitor, syringe pump, infusion pump, ECG machine, flow meter, CO monitor, suction machine, nebulizer, pulse oxymeter, capnometry device etc.
• Performance of oxygen therapy, respiratory therapy, nebulization.
• Perform BLS and ACLS. Performance the high quality CPR and electrical cardio version in case of cardiac instability (VF/VT).
