Pressure Vessel Inspection asper ASTM /SA & ASME Sec VIII DIV 1. Inspection of Storage tanks, Dust Silo, Air cooled condenser, Evaporator, Super heater, Sub cooler, heat exchanger. Tubes, bundle, fan & motor as per drawing.
- Factory Acceptance Test for Manifold/Structural Skid inspection
- Visual inspection of cable tray, Junction box, limits switches
- Loop & continuity Testing of cables, Manual functional test for open & close
- Functional Test of Transformer, Distribution Board & EHT Cables & accessories
- Mechanical Leak Test of by Air or Nitrogen & leakage inspection verification
- Tray Fabrication has been as per drawing & visual defects inspection
- P & ID verification as per physically assembled
- Bends Designed as per angle and as specified by drawing inspection to be verified
- Dummy Holes to be sealed with proper plugs to be inspected
- All bolted connection Torque should be as per Specification to be inspected
- Noise, vibration, pump run test, P& ID verification, structural Visual And Dimension, Painting, FAT
- Be part of the technical development team to help coordinate product safety and compliance requirements
- Develop line-art and content for product labels and instruction manuals for global products
- Coordinate internal and 3rd party inspection lab approvals of product labels and manuals using adobe shared review
- Resume Preparation and modifying resume and selecting resume for job orders
- Ensure that all products being sold or to be launched have a full set of compliance validation and verification documents and store in server Library
- Be responsible for the daily management of test requests and reports to support compliance program
- Verify the objectives of allocated projects, work closely with the technical team, communicate progress, elevate key decisions required and ensure regular progress against the critical timings of the business
- Flash Reports and Inspection Reports Review and submitting to client as per project requirement
