As a QA/QC Inspector (E&I) have been assigned to provide inspection, coverage for the following activities.

Perform Material receiving and field installation inspections of electrical, instrumentation, telecommunication, in accordance with project requirements and scope of work as noted within the Project Quality Plan / Inspection Test Plan.

Ensuring proper control/traceability on free issue and purchased materials and that they conform to required specification

Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.

Perform surveillance checks on Electrical, Instrument, Telecom equipments and materials Storage and preservation in construction site and at Warehouses..

Inspection of cable trench, duet bank, installation of cable tray, conduits and laying of cables.

Testing of cables for Control cables, LV cables and MV Cables test.

Verification of Glanding and Termination as per cable schedule & Termination Drawing.

Earthing System: Earthing system continuity cheeks, dirty and clear earth rod test and network resistance test.

Calibration & maintenance of all types of fields Measuring and Control Devices (Analog, Smart & Pneumatic) as PT,FT, TT, T/C, RTD I/P Converter flow meter, Recorder, Controller, Gauges, Alarm switches (PS,LS,TS,FS)DP type lev

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Diploma in Computer Application (DCA)
