- Worked from pre-commisioning stage with documentation work like CRI and pressurising and de- pressuring of specific lines with routing plan, cardboard blasting according to pressure limit. Chemical wash of ciculating water supply lines.
- Commisioning of plant, thawing circuit planning according to operation manual and thawing of Cold box various circuit, Argon pump and argon section, Warm and cold startup of plant.
- Continuous operation of plant through DCS YOKOGAWA Centum VP with desired product purity. Analysis of Trends for troubleshooting and TSA dip and peak.
- Operate various equipments like Main Air compressor, Oxygen Compressor, Nitrogen Compressor, cryogenic pumps like liquid oxygen pump, liquid argon pump.
- Decantation and loading of VITT tankers of liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
- Documentation work like Daily Production Report, customer service operation data presentation, SWP issuing.

- Operate Autoclave reactor 3 KL, Batch Reactors 3 KL, Operate DCS (Emerson).
- Operate DCS to flow control valve for charging liquid raw materials like acetone, di-phenyl amine to autoclave reactor apply the heating sequence from DCS and regularly monitor temperatures which have 4 stages to achieve 25.5 kg/cm2 of pressure for autoclave and to hold it for a certain time to get required viscosity after it through a pressure control valve release the pressure to the STG tank, through STG tank it goes to the series of condenser, condenser down stream the acetone water mixture
