- Assist the QA manager in overseeing the department.

- In-Charge of the maintenance and application of company licenses and certifications (e.g. SFA, HALAL, FSSC
22000), To manage, Implement, review and update FSSC documents like policy’s, SOP’s and SSOP’s.
- In charge of government inspections and Food safety certifications and audits.
- Provide the technical support and the manufacturing process and Perform the project coordination.
- Responsible for product specification and nutritional information generation and ensuring the compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee of GMP, GHP, GHKP, GLP and food safety training for production personnel.
- Optimisation of customer complaints and taking the CAPA appropriately.
