Overseeing sales and operation of the Tamil Nadu and manage a team of 50 business development managers at different seniority levels and their respective staff (approximately 100 employees). Formulate marketing, operation planning and business-development strategies to drive revenue growth and to achieve the region target through selling the Fabhotels in Tamil Nadu and Pan India at B2B ,B2C Segment .
Outcomes:
- Tripled annual sales volume within one years, growing sales from 13core in 2020-21
- Achieved 2020 Star City Head Performance Award for outstanding sales results, representing the first time the division achieved this recognition.
- Led the growth of sales department from 25 to 50 employees. Established a competitive sales force by offering aggressive compensation, desirable benefits packages and performance-driven sales-incentive programs.
- Awarded as top 5 RANK City Head in pan indian to leading the region .
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the VP-South, assisting in the development of business strategies
- Lead with a Work Smarter attitude – develop simplification projects and continually improve operational and financial processes
- Develop state network relationship with B2B and B2C key client in Tamil Nadu
- Manages and review weekly and month sales meeting, ensuring clear objectives are set and that all goals are met.
- Develop and execute strategy to ensure growth and achievement of key accounts (regional/national) and revenue objectives
- Manage complete P&L for the Region.
- Works with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment led by me.
- Works with sales managers to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce sub-rental expenses.
- Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via direct mail, personal visits etc.
