- Handle production line operations in according dispatch plan.
- Productivity improvements through cycle time reductions and changeover time reduction activity. Reduction in machining rejection and rework PPM through daily rejection analysis.
- Train production line associates for inspection method process parameters & SOP. Ensure standard operating work procedures are created maintain and followed.
- Support in process improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participates in Kaizen suggestion and Kaizen presentation meetings. To improve work efficiency &OEE through 5-S, TPM, Kaizen, Manpower training, Poka-Yoke.
- Makes weekly shift schedule for manpower.
- Process reviewing on the basis of WI (Work Instruction) etc.
- Maintain all documents & calculate monthly manpower, shift and consumable requirements based on production plan.
- Responsible for daily performance and makes weekly report for the production gap, with gap analysis with proper countermeasure.
CNC Programmer - Sunstar Precision Forge Ltd - Greater Noida

- Programming - Creating G-code and M-code programs using Mastercam for Cnc turning.
- Drawings - Read and understood 2D/3D blueprints and technical drawings.
- Setup - Setup machines, zeroed tools and tested first run parts.
- Quality - Checked parts with measuring tools like callipers and micrometres etc.
- Improvement - Fixed program errors and improved cutting speed to save time.
