Safety Supervisor at KBE Pvt. Ltd. (2024-08 – 2026-03)

Safety Supervisor responsible for ensuring workplace safety and health standards on construction project.

• Ensure Safety Induction to every new employee (staff or worker).
• Ensure proper TBT given to the work force every day before the work starts ensuring that everyone has understood it.
• Every day visit to the work site and to each and every location at regular interval to have a close observation of any safety violation and to ensure whether the safety instructions being followed up to avoid any near miss, dangerous occurrences, injury and accident.
• To attend and conduct weekly HSE meeting.
• To monitor the project activities to identify the potential hazards and take steps to eliminate those.
• Ensure all incidents/accidents/near misses are reported immediately.
• Accident investigation and reporting & maintaining records and analysis of accident statistics.
• Ensure proper work permit for every task done –"No permit No work".
• Conduct internal safety audit like electrical audit, Fire Safety Audit etc.
• Inspection of Lifting tools & tackles and Vehicles.
• Ensure for all lifting operations proper 3rd party certificates, driver's competency and check list.
• Ensure all deep excavation, Elevated works, Life lines provided properly checked and to provide required sign boards for all activities.
• Monitor the activities, to ensure the proposed safety measures are adequate and sufficient.
• Ensuring good housekeeping at site.
