• Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)/Inspection of Equipment as per Design Qualification.
• Coordinated with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery at site on a regular basis.
• Coordinates with Production, Engineering, Projects, Stores, and Accounts departments to handle internal operations smoothly and avoid any operational delays.
• Preparation of User Requirement Specification (URS) and Design Qualification (DQ) of process equipment.
• Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Supervised and complete installation, erection, and commissioning of heavy plant equipment (Reactors, Columns, Condenser, Vessels, Driers, Centrifuges, and Pumps etc.)
• Cost Estimation & Weight of fabricated items (such as Tanks and Vessels) from technical drawings to calculated raw material requirement and estimate the approximate total cost.
• Planned and executed preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities (including SAP PM Module compliance), handled industrial shutdowns, managed worker teams (Manpower) and conducted training.
• Safety procedures prepared Job Safety Analysis (JSA/PSSR), identifying unsafe conditions, and logging Near-Miss/substandard reports to minimizing industrial plant incidents.
