Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to track individual and team progress, ensuring continuous improvement.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients, hospital chains, and corporate accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s revenue objectives.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, project teams & direct hospitals to position products as the preferred choice for upcoming projects.
Oversee day-to-day sales operations between sales team and internal team such as supply chain, customer support to ensure order should be dispatch on time.
Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to enhance conversion rates and reduce sales cycles.
To find out the gap in the existing process if required design or remodified the process.
To track order status, delivery timeliness and leads conversion.
Ensure CRM should be updated on time and all leads are getting punch on time through teams.
Commerce graduate and also done MBA.
