I am chartered accountant having 22 years of rich experience in all domain of finance and accounts. Working as CFO with a diversified groups into retail jewellery stores, real estate, manufacturing, education and hospitality industry.
Presently working with Gadgil Holding Pvt Ltd since 2011 as Chief Finance Officer.
Earlier worked as Group Finance Controller and have experience of working In African Continent for 3 years.
Have a good experience of working with closely held family business, handle family office, forming Finance strategy, Business structuring and ownership controlling strategy. Very good experience of analysing business, valuation and finance due deligence.
