- To revise Safety LEP's, OCP's & OHSP's.
- To ensure the update version of OHSP's available at site.
- To involve in HAZOP study, HIRA, EAI and JSA.
- To ensure the proper implementation of LOTO system.
- Managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system to ensure high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space entry, or working at heights—are conducted safely.
- To collecting data and preparation of Monthly Safety Report.
- To ensure implementation of EHS standards and development of procedure.
- To conducting safety audits, inspections, meeting (DSC, CSC and SLT) and capturing observations in MOM for compliance and tracking the same till closure.
- To ensure availability of MSDS at workplace.
- To impart safety training to all employees.
- Investigating near misses and accidents to identify root causes and implementing (CAPA).
- To conduct mock drills and prepare reports.
- To investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Conduct work place monitoring.
- Managing process safety & QRA chemical & powder.
- Identify ergonomics hazard & risk assessment.
- To ensure healthiness and maintenance of Fire‐fighting system (hydrants and pumps and sprinkle system).
- To ensure healthiness and maintenance of Fire‐fighting equipment such as Fire Extinguishers, Fire Monitors, SCBA and Safety Shower etc.
- To documenting all inspections of fire‐fighting equipment and other equipment.
- To maintain training compliances and maintain training records in LMS as DTC.
- To maintain site culture meter and scoring of the same in Global EHS Portal.
- To conduct HSE motivational program to spread awareness among employees.
- To responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing workers safety at workplace.
- To observe and identify unsafe conditions, unsafe acts and hazards at workplace.
- To conduct TBT on daily basis to aware workers about workplace hazards and risks.
- Organizing competitions to foster engagement, such as safety poster-making, slogan writing, essay contests, and quizzes.
- Arranging for safety banners, posters, and hoardings to be placed at strategic locations, including site entrances and tea lounges.
- Identifying and rewarding employees who have demonstrated exemplary safety behavior or contributed innovative safety suggestions.
