Job Responsibilities:

Getting Approval in Documents.
follow-up of Material as per Project Requirement
Managing the job progress for Erection and installation of HVAC Equipment’s like Condenser units, Package Units, Air Handling Units, Splits A/C’s, Pressurization Fans, Exhaust Fans all HVAC system.
Managing and coordinating with site & Head Office for Manpower and Material requirement with detailed justifications.
Monitoring the project during execution for HVAC services with respect to civil structure.
Record changes on site and Review as-built drawings/submissions.
Execute the weekly target & supervise the contractors for achievement of targets and smooth working.
Ensures Project Manager is kept fully informed on work progress by sending DPR’s / WPR’s on regular basis.
Review contractor’s payment claims as per the progress on site.
Managing and coordinating with Client and PMC for proper certification of work completed and handing over.
