He possesses a strong command over production planning, cost optimization, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), supply chain integration, and regulatory compliance aligned with international standards including ISO, FSSC, HACCP, GMP, and global food safety frameworks. He is recognized for delivering operational excellence through efficient plant management, continuous improvement initiatives, and robust quality systems.

Mr. Kumar has a proven track record in new product development, sensory evaluation, large-scale plant operations, and project execution. He is an effective leader known for building high-performing teams, driving innovation, and enhancing overall organizational performance.

In his current role with AS GLOBAL, he contributes strategically to Head Manufacturing as well international business development, technical advisory, and operational excellence initiatives across global markets.
