Audit carding machine LC300: 18 cards, wrapping 130 speed 110 mpm, production formula 0.283 x speed in mpm
Audit MBO Laxmi Trutzschler; Drawing machine Reitier and RSB851 finisher-3 and breaker 4 wrapping 110, finisher wrapping 100
Drawing production taken from on display: DO/6, Simplex LF4200A-4 machines wrapping 70 production formula pix no of spindle / 2.2 / hank x 0.95
Ringframe LR6 and LR9 pix no of spindles / 2.2 / count x 90
Audit ring frame total 10000 spindles each
Check all simplex and ringframe bobbins are running uniformly, no lot mixing observed
Check the mixing slip finishing taken is as per requirement: use 1.3, 1.2, 1.4, 3 denier 44, 51 mm length per shade and count required finisher take LV40-25.4%, 2152p-0.04%, water 6.5-7%, it changes as per count and material
Check TPM in simplex as per shade and half lea 65-75 is required and flyer speed 1050; in ring target frs-3, 14 tpi-13.5
Provide all production reports to general manager and resolve issues

Check neps and seed coat neps on uster AFIS PRO 2
Check mixing slip of all lots of PC, Pv, 100%viscose, 100%polyester and 100% cotton for domestic and export
Check fibre use in the lot J-34, S-6, PIMA cotton, Reliance polyester, SGF, KVT, BTM, 100% viscose, 100%polyester, PV blends 65/35, licra, investa, indoroma
Check all bulk and final lot fabrics
Report all abnormal issues to general manager and resolve them
Achievement: Held complete unit; increased work efficiency, Best communication with staff and workers
