Being the bridge between hiring managers & candidates to proceed with interviews scheduling. Educating stake holders and candidates about how the process is involved in terms of hiring. Starting from screening, sourcing, submitting to HM, approving, panel discussion, scheduling the interviews and moving with the next process of hiring. Sharing constructive feedback to the candidates. Once offered then process with onboarding and IT for other requirements at the time of joining.
