Construction of 4 Lane Bypass to NH114A Connecting NH333 and NH133 (Deoghar Bypass) from Design Km 0.000 to Design Km 49.000 (total length 49.000 km) in the state of Jharkhand on HAM. Project Value: Rs. 975 Crore. Client: NHAI. Independent Engineer: Lea associate south Asia Pvt. Ltd.

• Managining and executing the daily QA/QC plan, ensuring all the construction activities adhered to contractual and regulatory standards.
• Designing and documentation of asphalt mix (DBM/BC, RAP), concrete mix, Granular Sub Base (GSB), Wet Mix Macadam (WMM)
• Directed all field and laboratory testing for high-volume asphalt paving and concrete, including monitoring plant operations and documenting all pay factors.
• Reduced material non-conformances through proactive and real time inspection.
• Liaised directly with authority engineer or client to reolve on-site quality disputes efficiently.
• Co-ordinate with site team for timely resolution of issues (if any).
• Supervision and execution of structures like bridges, culverts, RE wall drain at time to time as per instruction of management.
