I have 22 years of teaching (Administration and Academics) and 5 years of industrial experience in the field of Civil Engineering. I studied M. E. and Ph. D with MHRD scholarship.
I am very much thorough in Teaching - Learning Process, Active Learning, Outcome Based Education, Bloom's Taxonomy and Mentoring activities. Also I did lot of works and coordinated for a large number of faculty members as well as a large number of students for the same. They cover a good amount of portion of NAAC, NBA & ABET criteria. I acted as NAAC In Charge also. I worked in the capacity of Director, Dean, HOD & UG Coordinator for nine years in Universities & Engineering Colleges. I have huge experience &
skills in developing curriculum and preparing Question Papers in line with COs.

GATE Score: 75.72 percentile in Civil Engineering in the year 1987.
JEE Score: 847 in West Bengal in the year 1983.
