• Following with CHA for checklist and same update to shipper as well as CHA if any correction required and Freight Forwarder company for daily status of the shipment
• Follow-up for payments with customers, Prepare and send invoices to ultimate customers.
• Coordination with transporters for vehicle arrangements for container Loading, Dispatch and delivery.
• Keep a track of vehicles and update customer daily on its position and arrival at site from starting point to end Point.
• Monthly sales and purchase bill entries in excel and maintain records.

• Preparation and verification of Bill of Lading (Draft & Final BL), Handling BL amendments and corrections.
• AMS filling for all US sector and ISF filling follow up with consignee/ Shipper/ Agents
• Filling ICS2 for all Europe Sector
• Preparing Invoice for LCL and FCL exports Shipments and follow up for payment to release BL before reaching at destination. Tracking shipment schedules and vessel departures and sending Vessel details to Shipper as well as destination Agents also.
• Maintaining proper export documentation records (hard & soft copies), Coordination with Co-loader for invoice and MBL releasing for all LCL exports shipment
