Investigated structural and morphological properties of Vacuum Induction Melted Cu-doped Mn5Ge3 intermetallic alloys under the guidance of Dr. G. A. Basheed, Senior Principal Scientist.

Prepared alloy samples using Vacuum Induction Melting and analysed phase formation using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) with JCPDS reference data.
Developed a MATLAB-based Rietveld refinement workflow using space-group symmetry, structure-factor calculations, and pseudo-Voigt peak fitting to determine lattice parameters and Cu-site occupancy.
