• To Ensure All Inventory Related Process / SOP at stores should be as per the Internal Audit Parameter
• Inward and outward 100% Verification @ Store, Ensure Improvement on Inventory Accuracy @ Store, To Ensure Smooth & Timely Completion of Stock Audit H1 & H2, PI as per the SOP
• Negative stock Control, To Control on damage stock and maximum recovery on damage stock. On a quarterly basis, All RGPs are routed through online RGP System
• To Follow as per SOP and consider the same value for half yearly audit
• Random check on floor for security tag, tagged on merchandise and also tag bipping at sesormatic machine, In Audit 85% Above Mark in Safety Standard
• Daily Check, Price override, suspended, deleted and exchange should be with in norms
• To reduce the use of WBC barcodes & closely monitoring of the WBC stock sales & Barcode management, WBC Reduction in stores & Control on WBC merchandise on the floor, Damage Control in stores
• Digital tools implemented to check and control all manual work through remotely from RO/store
• GRN for all DSD has to be done with in 48 hrs
